MIC-3032/8 9U-high CompactPCI enclosure with eight 6U slots, H.110 CT Bus

MIC-3032 Introduction

The MIC-3032/8 is a 9U-high enclosure with eight CompactPCI slots for rack mounting. It supports H.110 CT bus and rear panel I/O for CTI applications. Its device bay accommodates peripheral devices such as hard disk drives, floppy disk drives, and CD/DVD ROM drives. With its flexible modular design, various configurations can be made according to particular application requirements.

Hot-swap Passive Backplane with H.110 CT Bus
The 6U-sized 8-slot backplane of the MIC-3032/8 supports 32-bit or 64-bit (optional) operation. The backplane complies with PICMG 2.1 Hot-swap Specification. Users can build hot-swap systems with hot-swappable CompactPCI's boards and software

The P4 connectors of peripheral slots are defined as H.110 CT bus for TDM signals of CTI applications. They comply with PICMG 2.5 Computer Telephony Specification. The P3 and P5 connectors on the backplane are used for rear panel I/O. Users can connect devices to the rear transition boards, and the front boards are free to be inserted and removed without any wiring hassles.
